If the holidays were sedentary, take hikes in nature or through local parks. Pull up a video and do yoga. Put in the earbuds, play some music and dance your way through the dishes, cleaning the house or shoveling the snow. Get the blood flowing!
Take time to clear your mind. Focus on you. Listen to some relaxing music, guided meditations or meditate on your own, focusing on the breathing. Breath in and breath out! Do as frequently as you can……and release!
