Researchers observed that the participants were half right. ENJOYMENT determined the ability to stick to a resolution.
In 2021, the number one resolution in the United States was to exercise more or improve fitness followed by losing weight according to Statista.com
With this in mind, what can we do to make our resolutions more enjoyable so that we are successful?
