Our beds should be restricted to sleep and sex only!
Our beds are not to be used for making plans, solving issues, etc.
If we have picked up bad habits, we must retrain ourselves.
Avoid caffeine in the evening, alcohol, napping through the day, exercising before bed, etc.
Exercise earlier in the day, however, will help promote sleep.
Simple changes such as reading or listening to soothing music before going to bed instead of watching a thriller movie can make a substantial difference with our ability to fall asleep.
BREAKING BAD BED HABITS
