As we mentioned in our post on January 19, the winter blues are a mental state which is usually short lived and dissipates as the sunshine becomes more prevalent.
We thought we would share some tools to beat the winter blues in our next few posts.
Exercise is important. Even if you can only go for a quick walk outside on your lunch, you will feel the benefits from both the exercise and getting outdoors. The time of day may also give you a peak at the sun.
